Please leave us as much information as possible in your email (or voicemail, if calling during non-business hours) so we can accurately research your issue and provide you as prompt a resolution as possible.
 

SHIPPING

Due to licensing restrictions on the majority of our items,
we are unable to offer international shipping

We currently offer shipping only through UPS, and are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Our flat-rate shipping prices are:

$6.95 Home Delivery/Ground;
$12.95 3-day Express

Most Home Delivery/Ground orders ship within 1-2 business days after they are received.
Please contact with us via email or phone if your order requires same-day shipping in case our daily UPS pickup has already occurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shop with confidence! Please feel free to return any item within 30 days for a prompt refund or exchange by first contacting Customer Support via email or phone at shop@MoPOP.org or (206)262-3013 for instructions on how to proceed. Once the return has been received you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed on our side or any exchanges shipped out. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to finish processing the refund.

In case of damaged merchandise please contact Customer Support via email at shop@MoPOP.org, attaching pictures of the item and damage to the shipping box, if any.
